To use the pharmacy directory to find a network pharmacy, follow these simple steps:

1. Begin your search by clicking on the “Locate Pharmacy” link under the Pharmacy Locator table below.
2. You will be redirected to a new Pharmacy Locator search window.
3. Enter the zip code or city and state (example: Tampa, FL) in which you would like to find a pharmacy, and click on “Search”.
4. The network pharmacies in the zip code you searched for will be listed with Map Directions related to each of the pharmacies.
5. Network pharmacies in the surrounding area will also be listed.

Locate a Pharmacy and Formulary

Citrus Health Care uses a network of pharmacies through our Pharmacy Benefit Manager, National Pharmaceutical Services (NPS). You must use a network pharmacy  to receive benefits. We may not pay for your prescription if you use a non-network pharmacy, except in certain circumstances. For example, if you become ill while traveling outside of our service area, and there are no network pharmacies available. If this happens you will have to pay the full cost rather that the co-payment when you fill your prescription. You may also be asked to pay the difference between what we would pay for a prescription filled at an in-network pharmacy and what the out-of-network pharmacy charged you for your medications. You can request reimbursement by submitting a paper claim to NPS. We have network pharmacies in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

A formulary is an industry word that means a list of prescription drugs. Our online formulary lets you search for medications with these easy to follow steps:

1. Begin your search by clicking on the “Locate Formulary” link under the Formulary column in the table above.
2. You will be redirected to a new Formulary search window. Enter the “Drug Name” click the Search button to display the results based on the search information entered.
3. The list of drugs would be displayed along with the drug details.
4. You could perform a new search by clicking on the New Search Link at the top of the page.
